Montavilla Farmers Market – The Resident Chef’s First Demo of the Season

What a gorgeous early summer day at the market – sunny, full of produce, a warm welcome from vendors I haven’t seen since last season, a fun and interested audience for my first demo this year at Montavilla Farmers Market.  Great fun –

and better yet, it was captured here by Paul on his blog, “Musings by Paul”.

Recipes for the demo on broths, and stock tips can be found on the Montavilla Farmers Market blog, “Seasonal Abundance”.

Our goal? To cultivate domestic culinary arts. Once you've tasted the Farmer's Feast - glistening local produce, pastured meats, artisan cheese, wild seafood, rich nuts, grains and legumes - and see how easy cooking this bounty can be, you'll be hungry for fresh.
